Valley of the Sun Vacation Packages

My room was clean and bathroom was updated. The walls and furniture definitely show the hotels age. I could not find a room service menu, called front desk from a pretty broken up phone, and was told I had to come to front desk to pick up. I requested to have it brought to me, which they did in a timely fashion. Big draw back though was paying $21 for their parking garage. Should be free for guests.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. I talked with front desk staff and another person who reached out. I was informed that they would take care of it. When I returned to my room the second day. I saw the same hairs left by the previous guest. Plus dirt smudges left .

the rooms are spartan. concrete floor with small rug. Bed was pretty good, shower decent. Room felt clean. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4p. rooms are big. Front staff were didn't seem to care or want to be there. Its a decent hotel, but I'll try somewhere else next time.

Very charming staff! From the moment you walk into the Hotel there is always a smile! Great bar and the coffee shop is so convenient.

The gym equipment doesn’t work. There is no water in the pool. It is under maintenance indefinitely. The elevator creeks. The only thing that was okay was the room, which had working ac. All the other amenities were broken or out of order.
